Speedy delivery down under (and beyond!)
Once your payment has cleared, we'll send you dispatch information straight away. For orders within Australia, expect your AI glasses to arrive within 3-5 business days. If you're in a regional or rural area, it might take a little longer. Keep in mind that public holidays and bank holidays can also affect delivery times.
For our international customers, we use DHL, and delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.
Change of mind? No problem!
We're confident you'll love your new AI glasses. But if you change your mind, you're covered by our 30-day refund policy. Just return the product in its original condition, showing no signs of usage or damage to the packaging, and we'll give you a full refund.* You'll just need to cover the return shipping costs.
